At Glow, we use Gold Fever, Jadore and Hair Shop hair extensions. Both are 100% Remy human hair, and we offer a range of keratin-bonded, tape, and clip-in extensions.

Gold Fever work with salons on an invitation-only basis, and Glow Salon is the only Gold Fever accredited salon in Hong Kong.
Jadore Extensions was founded in 2010 in Australia by people who live and breathe hair extensions.
After spending several years researching and testing different hair types, qualities, and grades, Jadore takes pride in supplying a range of high-quality, premium hair extensions and offering a variety of application methods. ​
Founded in the US (Los Angeles) in 1996, The Hair Shop has supplied wigs, hairpieces, and extensions to the entertainment industry for over 20 years and is a leading brand in hair extensions. The hair is 100% Remy, A grade or better, and ethically sourced.

The Hair Extensions process
​
The first step is to arrange a consultation. We will listen to your requirements (e.g., length, volume, a few strands, half head, full head, etc.) and work with you and your budget to recommend the most suitable product and application method.
If you decide to go ahead, your stylist will colour match for you, and if we have your colour in stock, we will usually be able to provide the application service immediately. If not, we will order for you, and the extensions typically take 36-72 hours to be delivered.
We have samples of each range so that you can touch and feel the quality of the hair. All the brands we carry are of exceptional quality and highly regarded within the professional community.

Terms and Conditions
1. The offer is valid for a limited time only, the treatment appointment must be completed and first instalment paid by 31 August 2025.This offer may be subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
2. To qualify for the discount, clients must purchase the specified number of services in a single transaction. Multi Service Packages in this offer may not be shared, one two or three treatment package per client.
3. The discount applies to the total cost of the full priced services purchased and does not include any additional charges, such home care products, supplemental solutions, or additional services.
4. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or coupons.
5. The discount is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
6. All services purchased under this offer must be competed within 12 months
7. The services referred to in this offer may be subject to a payment plan, where clients must make regular instalment payments according to the terms of their agreement. If a client fails to make an instalment payment on or before the due date, the services may be paused or suspended until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
8. Glow will provide notice to the client before pausing or suspending the services due to non-payment. During the period that the services are paused or suspended, the client will not have access to the services or any associated benefits. The services will be reinstated once all outstanding instalment payments have been made in full, and the client has been notified of the reinstatement.
9. Glow reserves the right to charge a reinstatement fee to cover administrative costs associated with the pause and reinstatement of services.
10. In the case that client continues to miss instalment payments, Glow may terminate the agreement and seek recovery of any outstanding amounts owed.
9. The client is responsible for ensuring that all instalment payments are made on time and in full, and for maintaining up-to-date payment information.
10. Glow reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
11. By participating in this offer, the client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to adhere to the terms and conditions of the payment plan and service agreement.
