Laser hair removal is a tried and tested means of achieving near-total hair reduction for extended periods. Laser hair removal has been available to the public since the mid to late 2000s and utilises a well-understood mechanism to trigger hair fall and significantly reduced regrowth.

The Machines
At Glow we use two types of laser machine, the first, the traditional continuous pulse 808 nm and 810 nm units featuring a chilled hand-piece for maximum comfort and rapid coverage of even large areas.
In addition we have available Triphase Lasers, the ultimate solution for laser hair removal, combining the benefits of a 1064nm Yag laser, a 810nm diode laser, and an Alexandrite (755nm) laser
Our laser machines (new in November 2023) use the latest technology which allows for continuous movement while applying a super chilled gun head to the skin, ensuring maximum safety and minimal discomfort.
The Treatments
6 treatment course
A treatment course typically consists of a consultation and patch test followed by six treatment sessions completed within nine months. We support your course of treatment with a complimentary 12-month touch-up period that commences on completing your sixth treatment.
Six treatments would typically be enough sessions to attain near-total achievable hair reduction, with a 70% reduction considered successful. Achieving optimum results requires completing the course of treatment within nine months.
After your sixth treatment, if you have any regrowth, you may treat any resistant spot areas for the next twelve months, complementary. This offer is subject to the minimum safe interval between treatments and that the original course of six treatments is completed within nine months.

Single Sessions
Individual or single treatment sessions are available for touch-ups or to clients who prefer to purchase individual sessions.

Payment Options and Instalment Plans
Our treatment courses represent approximately a 10% discount on the single session pricing. We also offer a 5% multi-area discount when you do three or more treatment areas (applied to full-priced services only).
At Glow, we are delighted to arrange instalment payments, which can be a little easier on the monthly budget.
You may split the treatment course fee into six payments using your credit card or twelve instalments when you pay with an American Express Card.
